(TL;DR- Knowing how your Brand (your looks, your style, your personality, you hobbies and interests, your lifestyle) appeals to others is important to your level of success. Once you decide what kind of man you are (or want to be), you need to understand what type of women that will attract (an which type it'll turn off), and where to find them. Knowing this going into interactions will help you navigate more effectively.)

There are certain types of women I don't approach. It's not because I think they're out of my league or because I don't think I can get them, but because they are not the type of women I want.

It doesn't matter how hot she is, how big her breasts are, how phat her ass is, how amazing her eyes are... none of that matters.

It's all about the way she carries herself and the image she portrays and whether or not I feel like that aligns with what I'm interested in. Like I said in Part 3; my dick is not going to make the decisions. Just because a girl is hot doesn't mean I'm going to force myself into an approach I'm not confident in making.

And How do you decide if she's the right type of women for you to approach?

By having a clear concept of what I want, what personality types I resonate with, and by observing her behavior/mannerism/body language beforehand and/or during our interaction.

Let's say I'm at a bar or club and I see a beautiful woman sitting with some friends. Now, instinctively, I'm going to want to approach, but instead of rushing over, I take a second to watch her and the way she acts/interacts. What's her body language? How does she communicate with her friends? How does she interact with her environment? Where's her focus of attention? What's she drinking? How is she dressed?

All those things not only help me individualized my approach (should I make one), but also lets me know a bit about who she is and what she's like.

If her phone is face down on the table (or tucked away in her purse), and she's really engaging the people around her, I know she's sociable and probably easy to talk to. If she's making eye contact when she speaks to people, I know she's intelligent and attentive and confident. Her style of dress paired with his she sits/stands may give me some insight into how she sees herself and how she wants others to see her.

Conversely, all these things can lead me to take a hard pass on the approach; Is she looking at her phone the whole time? Did she have an attitude when she ordered her drink? Does her communication involve a lot of flailing arm/hand movement, looking around/lack of eye contact, exaggerated gestures?

All these things help me decide if I want to make the effort of an approach.

And please believe me when I tell you women do the exact same thing to us.

They see us (even when we think they dont), they watch us, and they make opinions and assumptions about us based on what they see/hear.

So it's important to understand how you come across and who is going to like it... And who isn't.

Imagine a Vein Diagram...

In the center, there's you. All around you are different types of women; women who like tall guys, women who like short men, women who like big muscles and toned abs, women who like a man with some meat on his bones, women who are into gaming, women who are into sports, women who are artistic, women who are adventurous, women who are reserved, women who are hypersexual, and so on...

When building your brand and becoming the type of man you want to be, you're inevitably going to gravitate in one direction or the other, able to meet one group of women's expectations and desires, while alienating the other end of the spectrum.

If I decide to start going to the gym 6times a week, I have to understand that some women are not going to be interested because it doesn't align with their lifestyle and attraction. If I want to spend all my time playing video games and watching Netflix, I need to be aware that women who like to go hiking and camping aren't on the same page.

Now, obviously, the more versatile you are, the wider your range of interest and experience, the larger your circle and the more women you can appeal to, but most of us have things we like and things we don't, and it's never a good idea to try to be everything to every one. It's better to focus on the things you are really passionate about, and find someone with similar interest and passion.

This is why its important to know who you are and what you want. If all you want to do is hook-up, there's a circle of women out there that want the same. If you're into live music and concerts, that circles right over there. If you love the MCU and all things sci-fi, I have a group for you right this way.

But the mistake a lot of men make is they go fishing without any idea what they're trying to catch or what lure to use.

I want a woman who is outgoing, intelligent, has a great sense of humor, enjoys all things geek, can kick my ass in Mortal Kombat (without button mashing), is very sexual and sensual, stylish without being garish, and is a good communicator.

Now, the first question I have to ask is how well does what I want align with who I am? Does the image and brand I present draw in that type of women? If not, do I need to adjust my desire or my brand?

The second question is: Where should I be looking for this type of woman? Is she at the bars and clubs? Is she at the library or bookstore? Maybe the game convention? Is she standing in line for tickets to Endgame? Is she going to the bar that screens episodes of GoT every week? Where is she?

Even if I just want to go out and hook up, I need to know how I come across and what type of women are going to respond best to that, as well as the best environments to persue.

Once I understand who I am, how I present, what I want, and where to find it, the rest is a simple matter of standard Approach, Escalation, and Closing... which I'm going to get into tomorrow.

Cheers.
