I promised my friend yesterday that I would approach at least one girl while we were at the city centre but I just couldn't muster up the courage. Now he doesn't talk to me because I didn't keep my "promise"(It's a close friend btw). I just don't know why it's so scary dude. I know that the worst case scenario is I get rejected but there's like this inner wall stopping me.

I would love some cues from you guys on how to get started.
