If it’s because something bad happened to you, then yes (you should probably deal with that). If someone else is expecting sex from you because of the nature of your relationship with them, then it’ll probably cause a problem. Otherwise, no. Don’t force yourself to do something you’re not into.

If this isn’t just a troll post then I would answer your question like this:

It isn’t bad to be turned off by sex. It is unusual and there are different reasons for you to feel this way.

Maybe there is a repressed trauma of abuse from your childhood

Maybe you are in denial about your sexuality

Maybe you are asexual (or demi or sapio - I think these are the right terms)

Maybe you have a hormone imbalance or have a different physiological reason for feeling this way.

None of us know why you feel this way but I would investigate your feelings to get some element of understanding/treatment/acceptance

Sex is a vitally important part of human bonding and relationships and most people want and crave it. Some don’t and that us fine but it is worth finding out whether this is a valid choice or quirk, or perhaps because of trauma. It will make it harder to find a partner if you do not want to have sex but finding out the reason may open up a community to you and you could find a SO who feels the same way.

Either way, I think you should investigate these feelings so you have understanding of them . It they aren’t wrong. Or bad. And you aren’t alone in feeling this either.

Second: No, you are fine. Some people just don’t care about sex. If it really bugs you then see a therapist about it so they can determine if it’s because of trauma or your sexuality is asexual... which is fine.

I thought sex was a bit disgusting and weird when I tried it. Watching a lot of porn makes you think it's great, but when it comes down to it it's nothing like you think it is. I can understand why it's a bit of a turn off - especially if you can smell the girls fishy vagina and shitty arsehole.
