For me the biggest indicator is when people want to talk to you, people want to like you. I mean honestly I cannot even recall the amount of women that will literally say "I love xxxxx" Just cause I brought it up. It can be totally irrelevant to what I do, or something I've never done, but because I brought it up and they perceive me as high value they feel inclined to demonstrate their interest in the subject with the hopes that it will get me interested in them and get me talking more about that subject.

They respect you. They’re considerate of you. They trust you. They hold you in high esteem. If you try to downplay something awesome about yourself, they straight up tell you to your face that that shit don’t fly. Lol

I've been confided in by my bosses, co-workers and friends for my opinion on things and how stuff should be done I see that as high value.

You also shouldn't be the one to always initiate in relationships although this depends purely on how egotistical or shy the opposite person is ofc.
