Some girls would date you purely on the fact that you're 6'3". Do you need to go to the gym? No. Should you? Yes. A better physique will obviously benefit your attractiveness. Hit the gym.

It's always a good idea to go to the gym. It has many ancillary benefits that will improve your game and life, including additional testosterone, serotonin, and strength.

For looking good, it's more important that you focus on your grooming and making sure your clothes fit really well, especially if you have an unusual body type (skinny/beanpole). There's no reason skinny can't be attractive.

When I started lifting I had the same stats as you and I thought I was too skinny (I could close my thumb and fore finger around my bicep.) 3 years later, I've gained ~50lbs and looking at old photos of myself is quite shocking.

So would it benefit you to get into the gym? Yeah, obviously. Not only will you improve your physique to make you more attractive to women, but you'll improve your overall mental and physical health.

Depending on your current level of activity, your days after the gym will take some getting used to. Your body will be sore and you'll probably want to skip or quit, but once you see the changes your making to your body you'll want to keep going.

I've seen skinny tall guys with girls. Would it benefit you? I'll take this as a rhetorical question. Of course going to the gym will benefit ANYBODY of any height and weight.

Am thin, can confirm this will help. Few years ago when I was bulked up a lil bit about 15lb of muscle heavier I definitely got more attention. Now that I'm thin again that attention is gone lol, gotta beef up again and get some results 💪

I’m not as tall as you but I had a similar frame. It takes time but I will fucking tell you, my body is a lot more attractive than it was when I started a few years ago.

It’s an adjustment man, you’ll feel weak compared to the other guys in the gym when you start. Put your blinders on and just put in the work. After a few months, you’ll see muscle and your confidence will skyrocket.

It’s easier to see muscle definition and growth in a workout newbie who comes in skinny compared to an overweight newbie, so keep that in mind and get your ass in the gym.

Take a pic of yourself shirtless, come up with a fitness and diet plan and then get to work. You’ll start enjoying seeing yourself shirtless in the mirror in a few months.

I’m honestly only about 20 pounds of muscle mass heavier than I was when I first started, but since I have a thinner frame that 20 pounds looks nice.

You will definitely get more attention from girls, they would most likely be more open to approaches since you’ll be in better shape therefore more attractive. Also would help tinder game.

Yeah buddy. I’m exactly like you. Start eating more and go to the gym 3 days a week. I’ve already gained like 10 lbs. you’ll feel good going to the gym regularly.

Skinny is the default standard for women. Putting on muscle never hurts though.
