That's like saying a guy hates seeing women with other men. That's about what your thoughts are. You just dress it up and justify it with numbers. Any person is attracted to people of certain types. They have their limits and what not of the scope of what they consider an acceptable mate. If yours is simply asian women then that is a quite broad and simple spectrum from the intricacies that most deal with.

I’m actually a White American who now lives in China. Your question makes me think of a few things:

Learn how to pick up attractive White women. This will massively improve your game. You will become less jealous about White men taking Asian women, and you will end up doing better with Asian women yourself. You’ll learn how to think like a White guy, and you’ll be better able to compete with them in the sexual marketplace.
If you like Asian culture and Asian women, then moving to Asia is a real option. I’m not even Asian, and I came here. I live in a city that must have about 100,000 young, beautiful, Chinese women. Every time I walk out of my apartment building during the day, I see many beautiful girls within just a few minutes. In America, I approached most pretty Asian girls I saw. Now, that would be impossible.
Long ago, America was originally founded as a White European nation, and it is still majority White. America is now extremely welcoming to immigrants, and minorities are treated extremely well. That said, this type of situation is not the norm in all countries. Where I live now, I have serious disadvantages in society because I’m not Chinese. But I don’t complain! I’m toughening myself and building some real character. So, just in case you happen to have any sort of “SJW” complaints about White men having privileges you don’t, I would strongly suggest cutting that sh*t out.

You have to realize and fully accept that you cant control other people, their lives, what they find attractive, or their mate choices. Its totally futile to get upset by this. There are billions of humans on the planet, and different people like different things. Its out of your control, so why even spend a minute having negative thoughts about it?

Why do you hate to see it? Is it because you want to date them all? Well thats impossible. Is it because you want to be loved and admired by all the sexy asian girls? Again impossible. Would you like asian girls to only date asian men? Well sorry but you’re not God and cant tell anyone who they can love or be in a relationship with.

Most likely buried deep down are some feeings of jealousy And betrayal. I can understand the way you feel, but ultimately its coming from a place of lacking and insecurity in your life. Its a waste of time and energy to give in to these thoughts of hate. All you can do is live your own life and be the best version of yourself you can be. If you’re doing it right you’ll be swimming in so much punani you wont have any extra space in your life to care about what race some complete stranger is dating.

I personally think interracial couple is not a bad thing, and when u think this way, u will stop hating them. If Asian women and non-asian men are choosing to date outside their group and find someone worth while, good for them. It's a win-win situation for both parties.

You’re making excuses man. I’m asian and my older sister is dating a dope white guy. If you feel this way then go out there and conquer some white/Latina/darker girls.

I didn’t believe this before but other races love asian guys as long as they are confident. Lift hard, get big, have killer confidence/mindset, and break the norm of being a small asian guy.

You’re beating up yourself. Don’t be like the other 95% of asian society, be a beast for yourself.

I've had a lot of students in a similar position as you. I'm not going to go into all the racial politics that plays into the gender dating disparity as that's a huge topic in the AA community, but from my experience with my students, once they started getting their own success, they just stopped caring about other people's relationships. Not so much that they don't recognize the general societal level of racism that exists, but that we don't let it affect our individual reactions and our own personal happiness.

Anyways, I wrote an open letter to Asian guys who go through this (like I once did during college before I got my first girlfriend who chose me, I had no idea what I was doing back then):
