If only 20% of men are attractive, and the population is roughly 50/50 male/female, then due to maths, this implies that 4/5 women, unless willing to share, will be unhappy/settling/getting pumped and dumped.

Life in general, getting sex, is much harder for a man, but i mean thank god my standards arent set so high. I am still quite happy to bang a 6, or have a 7 as an LTR. I think i'd be quite depressed if i only found 1 in 5 women attractive or potential partners. Are most women unhappy? ultimately roughly, the top 20% of women will pair off with the top 20% of men. if 4/5 women will go without, are they essentialy as unhappy or in the same pickle as the bottom 80% of males?

Does this even bother the 80% of women, as in their 20s in their prime, women arent even interested in LTRs, so maybe getting pumped and dumped is fine, whilst extracting resources from betas if they really have to.
