Of course we do because you've had no (or little) positive experience with women. Anything that's said here will just sound outlandish to you because of your lack of experience. It's like a morbidly obese person trying to imagine him/herself as a fitness model. You have a lot of work to do before it seems possible what you hear here.

With that being said, here's how I would attack this.

Address your looks to the best of your ability. Get a haircut. Get in the gym (if you're overweight). Get a few stylish outfits. Etc.

Note: If you're overweight, don't use it as an excuse to not take the next steps, just incorporate working out and eating healthy into your routine and continue.

Determine what kind of relationship you want to have with women. Do you want a bunch of one night stands? Do you want a serious, monogamous relationship? Do you want something in between, like an open relationship?
Read/buy material from a guy who has the type of relationship you want so you can copy his system. Ex: If you want a monogamous girlfriend, it's probably not the best idea to learn from a guy that specializes in one night stands.
TAKE MASSIVE ACTION. This is the most important step because even if you didn't do any of the above steps, you would still get some results through trial an error. But if you skip this step, you WILL NOT get results.
Refine the system to integrate it better into YOUR life. It's fine to copy another guy when you're first starting out, but you'll eventually run into things that just don't vibe with you. That's okay, customize the system to match your ideal way to interact with women.

I highly recommend getting this part of your life figured out. It's going to take time, effort, and a lot of rejection, but the payoff is MORE than worth it.

If you REALLY have done everything suggested to you to get better with women and you STILL have no success, then it may not be your outside - but your vibe and/or if you are awkward, creepy, have a desperate vibe, or come across as needy. Those traits can be smelled a mile away by women...and they will avoid it.
