So for about the past week, I had been getting to know this girl at work. I would ask her about herself and she'd tell me about family and things going on in her life (I really thought we'd hit it off.) During that time I was slowly building up courage to ask her for her number... and I did! She gave it to me and then we planned a date for two days later. However, after she agreed to said date, I then followed up with the date Idea (that being that we'd get ice cream) and she then proceeded to ghost me for two days straight. I didn't spam her phone, I simply gave it one last follow up about six hours later, and nothing since. I see her tomorrow and my current plan is to play it casual and say something along the lines of: "Hey, I'm not gonna be weird or anything so don't worry. I can take a hint, we're cool." Now obviously I'm not cool, I'm actually incredibly bummed out, because I very rarely ask girls for their numbers and only do so when I feel I'd made some kind of connection. Anyway, not sure why I'm posting here but alas, here I am. Spare me boys.
