I wouldn't do it unless she's hinting at sex already. I hate booking hotel rooms "just in case." Usually you just end up with a bill to pay, and you're right, some chicks wouldn't be down because accepting would come off as slutty, even if she's into it. On the other hand, if you can get her into a taxi with you at the end of the night, tipsy and turned on, go to the hotel.

She lives with her parents... If it's "awkward AF" for you to bring her home, what makes you think she wouldn't feel the same way at her place? Be a fuckin man and handle it. Take the AF moment yourself moment so she doesn't have to. Or at least it's not as bad for her.

But anyway, I think you are stuck with bad logistics. There is no right answer. This is why they say the guy with ok game and good logistics will get laid more often then the guy with good game, but poor logistics.

You have a choice to make:

a) lose money covering logistics for dates that may or may not go well

b) lose potential lays and save money

Both suck. If you can afford a) then go for it obviously. On the other hand, the upside to b) is that sometimes, girls will actually feel less slutty doing it in a car/beach/park/cemetery or something if it fits into the "it just happen" narrative. Asking or implying that you should go back to your place can trigger more ASD. I guess it depends on the girl and situation.

When I was in a similar situation, I tried getting a motel last min when a girl is DTF. My thought was that it covers your bases. You pay a little more for one instance, but given all the potential money you save booking airbnbs when you end up not needing one, you come out on top. I tried it once but it seemed to back fire. Triggered "NOOOOO way!" ASD type response. I dunno. YMMV.

This post smells more like a unique snowflake deal, but in any case... for guys wanting to actually get good with game/women, this is what I think.

EDIT; What I think would be a good idea would be to pool your resources with friends that are doing the same thing and rent a place with good logistics together. The chances of two of you pulling at the same time are smallish... but even if that was the case, it would probably be better to bring a girl back to your place with roommates rather than your parents'.
