RSD is so disappointing now. I remember when I first started Tyler would post 10-15 min videos about specific sticking points/ techniques complete with live uncut examples of how it should be done. Now he post 1-2 hour rants about feelings and his subjective reality.

I used to be super into RSD then as I started getting laid and grew out of it. I think the coaches just grow out of it to. It’s weird to be 50 and teaching incels to be functional humans
