Yeah like someone else said, if you’re hanging out alone in your dorm and flowing he should get the hint. This isn’t easy but RIGHT after you’re laughing or a conversation has ended grab his hand and pull it towards you while smiling and looking at his lips, taking initiative like that is sexy and allows him to initiate the actual kiss so if you’re a submissive person it keeps him in the dominate position.

This guy already knows if he wants to have sex with you. Any single guy you know that you've spoken to at least once knows if he wants to have sex with you.

That would depend on how masculine/feminine you want to be about it.
