Reading through the some of the comments on this sub and other dating/ gaming subs, there are so many comments like "I'm ugly and I cant get girls", "girls only want to fuck/date chads", not to mention the dreaded "rules 1 and 2".

If you tell yourself you're going to fail before you even start, then big surprise, you're going to fail. No amount of improving your fitness, dress, game, or whatever is going to help if you dont fix the mindset first. If you dont succeed at first, you didnt fail, you found a way that doesn't work.

I understand just as well as any of you how frustrating and discouraging it can get. I'm guilty of having this toxic mindset for years, and I really let it get out of hand. If you just cant help but to default to this mindset, I suggest you take a break from this and work on building your confidence up. I know I'm going to get a lot of these types of comments on this, but just think about what I'm trying to say, itll only help you. I just figured a lot of you needed to hear this.
