Take the pussy off that pedestal. Realize that girls are human beings, for the most part, and that they do all the weird, gross shit guys do. You’re idealizing them in your brain and making them fantastical, unapproachable creatures.

What’s the worst they can do to you? Say no? Make fun of you? Completely destroy your spirit and desire to fraternize? Cause you to turn inward and and salve your emotional wounds with substances and sarcasm?

All I can say is just do it. The worst they can say is they're not interedted. I wanted to ask this Girl out in HS. I told my Grandpa I wanted to ask her out. I told him, I don't know how to do it. He said, I reckon there ain't no wrong way. When I was in college, I was in the Student Union. There was a guy I knew that indicated a pretty Girl. That he said he would like to meet. I had a chance, so I wasn't wanting to meet anyone. I told him come over and I will introduce you. I walked up and told her his name and said that he wants to meet you. She introduced herself to him and he told her his name. After that he asked, how did you know her? I said, didn't but you said you wanted to meet her. They went out for awhile after that. I am not sure if they married or what. The point is that he could have done that himself without any help from me at all. I was only the catalyst. Good luck to you. Ask girls you meet for relationship or career advice. Invent a story if you have to, and don't allow it to become sexual, even if she becomes super-into you.

It's normal for men to talk to women. You are normal to approach women. Women like to be approached and talked to. The favor is on your side from the beginning.

Say whatever comes to mind. Don't concern yourself with saying the right thing. No need to filter yourself.

Accept the fact that you will get an addreniline rush and that maybe that nervousness makes you uncomfortable. It's okay to have those feelings, and everyone does.

Remember that no one remembers anything stupid that someone else has said. People think of themselves most of the time. They are more concerned if they said something stupid to be bothered by remembering anything embarrassing you did or said. Nothing you said or did will be remembered, so it's literally just you being nervous and being okay about being nervous. If they remember anything, it's because you interested them enough to be remembered, which is good.

There are obviously varying degrees of fear amongst guys when it comes to women.

Being terrified sounds somewhat extreme, even to me, but the most common thing you hear amongst pua/seduction guys is this thing called 'approach anxiety'.

But regardless of where one might be on the fear scale, it all really boils down to one common denominator- and that is the fundamental reason why the pua/seduction community exists... because when it comes to the dating market, women have the power over men.

It is a natural instinct to look up to, revere or even fear those more powerful than us so when people say things like 'stop putting women on a pedestal', know that there is a perfectly justifiable reason for men to do this.

Stop putting yourself in the position of "being judged by their standards" and stressing yourself into trying to be something that they might like.

Instead, be the one who judges them on your own standards: talk to them with no initial ulterior motives, forget that you might want something with them, put that on the backburner for a while, and just think about getting to know them to know whether do you like them as a person or not.

That's a start.
