Nothing stands out as being bad, however, assume that she's having conversation with others then this one isn't really going anywhere.

Biographical type questions can be saved for later or reworded so they sound less like an interview. You both been to [x-place]. Capture her interest so she'd want to continue the conversation; "When I left [x-place] I said I'd never go back", as an example. That would more likely open up a fun conversation that someone would like to partake.

A good chance is one of the other guys asked her out, or she just whimsically lose interest. You didn't do anything wrong, you were just unlucky.
