I don't care what anyways else says. It matters. Many people a hive mindset. They have been influenced to think that "green bubbles" are ugly or inferior. iPhones are a status symbol. You can accurately guess someone's income by the type of iPhone they have (to prove I'm not putting this out of my ass https://www.businessinsider.co.za/apple-iphone-or-ipad-is-the-top-way-of-knowing-if-youre-rich-or-not-2018-7). When I switched from my HTC One to and back an iPhone a lot my friends were happy to be able to use facetime and iMessage with me again.

an iPhone could be used as a placebo for you. It may make you feel like you're doing better communicating with girls. Facetime is great to connect with girls and iMessage is much faster. A new iPhone can give you a short term confidence boost.

I will also say any girl that makes your phone a big deal isn't worth it. I personally find these girls mostly to be stuck up, closed-minded, and immature. How ridiculous is that a green message can make someone think less of you? Your value shouldn't be tied to a cell phone.

To answer your question it matters, but not to everyone. The women that it matters to aren't worth it (in my opinion).

That’s ridiculous. I’m an iPhone user so I’m all for getting an iPhone (just cause they are better) but nobody cares about the green bubble.

I dropped iphone back in 2012, and now have a Note 10+....I wouldnt go back to iphones, but, that's just my personal opinion on the matter.

But, I have no idea what the "green bubble" is...is that some sort of magic thing that makes getting dates easier? J/k obviously, but, I'm old...and never heard of it.

Seems as if you want an iphone...so get one...but, you're not losing girls bc you have an android....it at least I never have.

Similar to the issue of whether you should wear overpriced designer clothing with prominent labels. Even if there are a few women who are attracted to that look, they're the wrong kind of women i.e. gold diggers who are impressed and obsessed with money and with the most superficial indications of status.

Why you should definitely get an iPhone.

Others pay attention to the Green/Blue bubble just like you. (I know I do)
People like to use FaceTime to have a face to face interaction. (Especially girls)
I recently found out girls like to play iMessage games, which Android can’t play.
If a girl needs to use your phone she won’t be confused trying to find her way around it. (I used to be all for Android but since I’ve made the switch I just can’t take it, I don’t like using an Android)
They instantly know you have a good camera with an iPhone and are more likely to be playful and take pictures with you on YOUR phone.
People notice you more, I honestly used to be an Android fan, but when I got the new iPhone people took notice and would make a comment about it.

You know what they would say if I got the latest Android? Nothing. Only other Android users will notice.

Emoji’s when you use Snapchat and post a picture on you’re story with emoji’s in the caption. We all instantly know you have an Android.

I’m not telling you should buy it or you shouldn’t. But we can’t deny that what phone you have does have a role on how people view you, whether we like it or not it’s the truth. We have to be the person that doesn’t go after others but have others go after us. Which means being attractive and having an attractive phone.
