Fuck approach anxiety

Ah man, don't dispair. I'm in daygame since almost one year, and right today I did only 3 apps in 2 hours.

For me the amount of approaches I do in a session is about 2 main factors : 1. Time between interactions : the fastest I approach once I'm out of my house, and the faster are the approaches one after the other , the more and the better I'm going to be 2. How well approaches go, and how technically I did those well : if I don't do well the stop, or the stack , it is my fault, and fuck it, my brain starts saying to me "find the only next one with which the approach will be perfect". And when I think this, I start saying "noo, this girl no, this other no etc" for all the girls that pass

As you see I have struggles too, and I'm in this since 11 months. Are you a newbie or like me ?
