From my experience if the girl is into you enough, and you’re not being a predatory creep, then her cockblock friends won’t matter.

You could also introduce yourself to her friends, this helps them see you as less of a creepy guy trying to get in their friend’s pants and more as a regular guy who their friend probably wants to bang.

You can't avoid it so much as learn how to deal with these incidents. They happen less frequently than you think it does. Just learn to engage, interact, and entertain the group. You always have to watch yourself as well, most people won't "cock block" you without a reason.
