No. Don't say this line in the club. It's totally inappropriate. Also, don't talk about her hobbies, cats dogs, and don't ask for a number. Already tried, doesn't work.

The best thing is to relax (meditation can help) and start dancing.

When you see someone. Just approach and say:

If the environment is loud where she can barely hear you, even if she stops for 2mins won't go further and she will most likely be dancing with her friends so it can be also hard to get her out from dance floor. My suggestion is right off the bat be more physical and keep it less verbal. If she talks more that's what you want anyway but if it's not going anywhere, it's just because of the dancefloor, only thing you can do is not being an obstacle for her goal, so keep dancing with her and increase the physicality after getting the social hook point.
