100% agreed, many people here tend to focus to much on micromanaging. But rather its about the general frame, the general vibe you have. There will be so many situations which you cant anticipate, which you cant learn from textbook or forums. This is where your solid, unshakeable frame is key!

No it’s always better to say the right thing with no confidence because how you view how you said it vs how she perceived it are two different things and if you say the wrong thing confidently you’re just weird and benched from the get go.
