Maybe this has been told many times but i want to share my experiences after deleting insta. It has been only 1 week but I already started to see positive effects.

First, if you are not good at text game and can't get girls from instagram i think it is number 1 waste of time in your life. Maybe you are not aware but most of the people just scroll down through explore in their free time instead of using this time productively. I think this is top reason to delete instagram.

Second, most of the photos in explore are hot girl photos. I like hot girls ofc but i think these photos trigger men to masturbate and some of these man open porn and become addicted to it. Also, compulsive masturbation is harmful for both your body and your mental health. After pandemic you will find a lot of hot girls irl. Be patient during pandemic and improve yourself. If you are too lazy to work-out in home just spare 10-15 mins a day and sit comfortable and meditate.

Third, I observed some of my male friends tend to bring their confidence down just because of instagram models. Let me explain, they see some good looking male models and say themselves that "why should girls get attracted to us when there are males like that." I mean c'mon bro, lots of guys are not like that models. Maybe some of you do the same shit so if you do it just delete instagram.

Finally, Instagram might be pushing you towards being needy. Since we are at our homes most people spend their time in social media so people share stories or photos etc. Some people are really crazy about likes they get. Again, one of my friend is very good-looking guy with good gaming skills so he doenst have any problems with getting girls irl, but during this pandemic you cant believe how he lost control of himself and started to seek validation in his instagram posts. He asked me why the girls he met before pandemic dont like his photos or dont send message to his stories. This behaviour makes you needy slowly. You might not be that crazy about likes or messages you get but if you ever get upset because the girl you like didnt like your photo or if you ever think in a way that your photos deserve more like than you get. You are in wrong way for sure.

TL;DR : if you dont have solid texting game instagram is pulling you down
