Don’t automatically try and get in their pants is probably the best suggestion. Do you look younger than your age? I’m sure plenty of girls would be willing to date or hookup with an older man such as yourself, as long as you’re atleast somewhat good looking at the bare minimum

10 years younger, 22 is still in your wheelhouse. 14 years younger at your age will probably be more difficult.

Just approach, be yourself and if you have your shit together; then they will find it appealing. Not all, but some.

I don't know, but I hope it's possible. I'm coming on 24 and just getting my life together. I'm hoping I can have the fun I should've been having in my younger 20's in my late 20's/early 30's. I have a baby face, so that'll hopefully play to my advantage.

Plenty of younger girls like older guys. I'll be 41 and still hook up with and date girls in their early 20's. You can come across creepy no matter how old you are. Mostly it's having a good personality and being confident but that goes with just about any girl.

I'm also 32 and looking to date people at about that same age range. If they look young, I don't approach. Probably not the best strategy but there's already a lot of pressure as it is. I piece of advice that I received is to just ask how old they are. They'll tell you.
