Not sure what you mean by stared down, but I'd imagine it's because you're tall.

No woman is going to care about you having slim legs, and if you're worried about your overall physique, work on it. Hit the gym, lift some weights and build yourself up a bit.

You thinking that you're too slim is going to have a greater impact on a woman than her perception of your body.
