There are general universal things that most women find attractive. I'll use MM here because that's what works. Here are the universal attraction switches

Leader of your group of friends
Protector of people you care about
Other women want you
You walk into a place and everyone knows you
Willingnes to show emotion at the right time
Willingness to walk away at the right time

There are others, but those are the main ones. And everyone has their specific things they find attractive, but these are the starting points.

You definitely do not want to fall into the trap of thinking you need to be rich to get women. Bad news. Anyone with money tells you they'd much rather meet a woman while broke.

The biggest thing is going to be your vibe. Are you manly. Arousal is built off polarity. Chances are you like girls that are more girly (unless you have a butch lesbian fetish) and it stands to reason women want guys who are more guy-ish. Also women like guys who are confident and don't placate them. Most guys don't have options, or don't think they do, so they supplicate and lower their value to try to get a woman, which of course doesn't work because who wants to be with someone low value? Her being with you needs to be a win-win. A win for you and a win for her otherwise what's the point?

I posted this the other night but its been said the order is Game>Status>Looks>Money. You can't just focus on one to the exclusion of the others, so don't just think its all about money or looks because those might get you in the door but won't keep you there. But its this order because each one can overpower the other. So a guy with good game can make up for status or looks or being broke (which you see all the time if you read books like The Game), whereas a guy with money but no game or no status still is kind of seen as a loser and probably a target for golddiggers. Of the four game is the only one you have total control over so you can get really good at game and then build up your status, wealth and looks (physique) as best as you can over time and if you're firing on even two or three of these four cylinders that alone will elevate you above 80% of men out there. The goal is not try to become the kind of men who women want to be with, not become better at chasing them.

Game is also usually where things are won and lost. Because game is where you demonstrate your social intelligence, how well you understand women, and how well you can present yourself as a worthwhile option for the girl. That's why you see the guy in Hawaii on the wheelchair with all these chicks because even though he doesn't have much going for him in terms of looks, status or money, he's the kind of person women love being around.

Men and women form bonds and attractions for all sorts of reasons. Men and women can see a cute person of the opposite sex and think, oh they look nice and want to pursue it, but it's really just the top of the iceberg of attraction. Or it should be.

I would say for men it’s physical and for women it’s emotional. They want someone they can depend on and make them feel emotions
