So, I’m a woman and I had to look up both things you said you have. The fordyce spots, I’ve been with guys who had that. I didn’t realize it had a name. I noticed it but, just in the “hm, that’s different” kind of way. The penile papules I’ve never encountered before but, the pictures I just saw on google weren’t repulsive or anything. Also, google said there was a removal treatment if they bother you that much. As for size, I looked that up, too, and it looks like around 5.1” in average so, slightly below 5” doesn’t seem like a huge diversion from average.
