If you're anything like me, you've had anxieties when it comes to the cold approach with women. I always overthink it and convince myself it won't work.

Today I saw this girl that I just couldn't stop checking out. I'm pretty sure she noticed too. I knew I would be mad at myself if I didn't make an attempt. So without giving myself time to chicken out, I wrote my name and number down and walked up to her. When she looked at me all I said was "Hi, I'm Josh. Whats your name?" She told me it was Lizzy. "Hi Lizzy. I would like to give you my number. You should give me a call sometime." She smiled at me and said ok. I told her to have a good day and went on about my day. Simple as that.

Not only do I feel I will be hearing from her, but I feel more confident. Even if I don't hear from this girl, I learned I just have to man up and do it! Just show interest. No need for a cheesy pickup line or crap like that.
