Nope.

If you didn't have an upbringing that naturally caused you to be good with girls then you're gonna have to be embarrassed to figure this out.

If the way you currently behave doesn't attract girls then you're gonna have to change that and in trying to change that it'll definitely feel unnatural in the beginning, which will cause you to do embarrassing shit.

But its like every other skill. You start out clunky but when you get the hang of it then it becomes really seamless.

This is basically like asking, "Is it possible to build muscles without having to strain against resistance?"
