So i met my plate in person a few weeks back, because I wanted to give her the respect of a face to face end. Yes, a plate is a plate, but we have been meeting once a week for a few months and there was potential for something.

However, I had met someone else and things were a lot more stable. so i met my plate, told her im taking a step back and that i wont be calling anymore, because I am working on other things. Other things being moving to a new city and professional development, which is true.

She had been buying me gifts and dinners and immediately reacted immaturely by saying I was a weirdo, had no real interest in me, that i escalated things too far (meanwhile she was sending me good morning texts and good night texts which i usually didnt respond to)

so i settled the bill at the restaurant, told her i deserved a little more respect than she was giving me as i could have just dropped her and left her wondering, instead she reacted like that of a 5 year old who couldn't get her way.,

I feel i did the right thing, I am not in the business of hurting people so i do the right thing and end things maturely.

i guess there is no right way in their eyes.
