There's one of two ways to read this:

Either she just wants to keep her options open and wants a friends-with-benefits arrangement, and leave the heavy dating stuff to one side...
Or she's sending to you to the friend zone.

Which one it is largely depends on whether you guys had some physical chemistry, or did you just simp all over her for a couple hours and she lost interest. And if you're not sure, just leave it alone and let her make it clear. Her signals are a little mixed.

Wanting to see you again is a good sign, talking about being friends first is not.

Sounds like you did everything right on your date, you had a good time and pushed forward for info. It's hard given your age, girls get more clear and direct the more they age. I'd say try for another date if you want, but you definitely need to keep relationship vibes present otherwise you'll just be a friend. Actually call it a date. Could try putting more on her, asking what exactly she means by that because you're not just looking for another friend.

Ask yourself: What are you looking for out of this relationship?

Another date which leads to a potential girlfriend? Go on another date & escalate to some physical touch, kissing etc. see if she reciprocates.

If she does not & you want a girlfriend then move on shes keeping her options open or using you as a place holder

Are you also looking for just another friend?

Cool then go date/hangout again but dont expect a relationship to form
