so I finished reading models by Mark Manson and I'm a bit disappointed with this section.. so first of all I already published a post before finishing the book I'm about this Mantra that many people say that it doesn't matter what you say as long as your intention and physical communication is on point.. and I thought and still think it's bs. but also as I continued reading this book I found out that he's a bit contradicting himself, since he do value what being said. here is how he is referring to the content of what you say:

The third fundamental is Honest Communication, or Learning to express yourself freely and effectively. This is what most dating advice sells and classifies as “game.” A good sense of humor, the ability to connect with people, telling stories, engaging people’s attention, having charisma, and expressing your sexuality openly, these are all parts of this fundamental. I call it Honest Communication because it’s learning how to communicate your true intentions and emotions. Often we have certain thoughts or feelings, but we don’t know the best way to convey those thoughts or feelings -- this third fundamental focuses on how to do that.

after reading on this part of the book It was very disappointing, i would explain it as a rather lazy writing: none of the things I haven't heard before. and none of the things getting too much deep into it.. get rid of filler words, make assumptions and not questions, and how to tell a story.. communication with people has much more depth to it. and for me it's much more hard to do it than to fix your physical posture have a great body language or dedicate yourself to hobbies more than you want to attract women
