A lot of really disturbing fucked up comments.

This is a short film about a woman raping a man (as an act of “revenge” for the man raping and impregnating her)- https://youtu.be/wkbDTJceXak?si=wjnWO6l04tITtJ9u - a lot of the comments are saying that it’s good that he got a taste of his own medicine. I know there’s the expression if somebody hits you you should hit them back, but there’s quite rightly no expression that states that if somebody rapes you, you rape them back.

But what message are we sending to victims? That if you’re raped it’s OK to rape others? Just because you’re victim of something doesn’t make it alright to perpetrate it (you look at a lot of abusers and they were abused themselves at some point in their lives- still doesn’t make what they did right) you don’t rape or abuse people as “revenge”. If anything films like this will make it harder for male victims to come forward because they may think people will assume their perpetrators were acting in revenge.

There was one comment saying “there was opportunities for him to escape but he didn’t”, somebody responded to that with “same with women”, and that person got the response “you’re sooo not right”…
