I am quite interested in finances, business and economics and I am doing investigations into potential future investment opportunities. What I am interested in are companies related to male > female transistions and the future outlook. Currently it is a niche market and there are many questons. So far Thailand is the leader of this "Gender-Change" industry. However usually niece markets can be quite profitable.

My assumption is that the worse society becomes towards males, the bigger the demand to change from male > female.

For example if being male means a life expectancy of 20 due to being conscripted, becoming cannon fodder, easily access to such services would be in high demand especially if the procedure is made much easier and simpler and prevents you from getting killed/maimed in war. Of course this is probably something for the wealthy which probably left such country anyway.

Note: Higher demand would also increase research in order to outcompete competion and provide better products and services. Currently access to such services is quite limited, costly and has a big physical toll on your body.

Am I assuming stuff wrong? Am I thinking this trough correctly?
