I assume it's a female friend. She's fishing for compliments.

You can give her what she wants and compliment her appearance (bad idea) or agree and amplify, e.g. "Yes, she's a smoke show" (slightly better idea).

If it's a male 'friend', just ghost her like the other guy here has written.

could either be seeing if you’re interested in her friend vs her, in which case saying something like “yeah she is cute, but i’m more into you/you’re more my type” will do well. On the flip side, she could be not into you and genuinely be trying to set you up with her friend.
