In late 2021 my divorce was finalized. The QDRO wasnt filed by my ex due to her time in prison until April 2023. In May, the attorney responsible for the QDRO asked for documentation which I provided.

It’s been a year and the attorney has yet to submit the QDRO nor respond to any inquiries I have on the status of the QDRO being complete. I have two issues. 1) I have retirement account from former employer that I cannot change investments in which is costing me money 2) I’ve made changes to me IRA which resulted in enhanced returns this past year.

I’m getting pissed that the attorney isn’t making any effort to get this complete and I’m being penalized. Is there any actions I can take??
