I mean if it’s for the sake of being a father and carrying the responsibility of that then go for it.

You need to prove that increased time with you is in the child’s best interest.

You need to have a change of circumstance as well.

You also need to face the fact that you pay more money being a parent then being in the periphery and paying child support so don’t ever say that last sentence again.

Is he a pedophile or something? You can always seek a modification. If you can win it is a different question. Just remarrying isn’t any reason to swap custody. She’s perhaps even more stable than she was before.

Nothing saying you can't.. there are appellate cases where father/mother get 50/50 time for example
