Filed in August of 2023 and after two failed mediations, going for TO soon.

The STBX recently disclosed that she has taken over $40k in loans from her parents to cover her legal fees and living expenses. She is fully capable of working and (to my knowledge) does not have a job and hasn't made any meaningful attempts to look for one. Other than the new (joint) bank account opened with her family, she hasn't disclosed the last 8 months of statements from her other bank accounts either.

Question is, will the be considered marital debt at separation?
