Looking for some sanity check on my thoughts or any advise. I am in the UK. I was kicked out of the family home a year ago. Been renting since. Went to court, ex wanted me to buy her equity- which I was glad to accept. Ex is required to vacate the family home late June '24 and I will move back in. She proposed a list of items/possessions she wanted to take with her, and I agreed to most. This is all documented in the order. The order also requires that ex should leave the property in good order.

I am a bit concerned that she will take a lot more of our joint possessions with her and possibly leave the property is a mess. How can I ensure this does not happen?

Body cams/recorders are all not possible in the UK. Taking photos after moving in may not prove anything. I am planning to write to her solicitor and emphasize that ex should follow the order. Not sure if this will have any effect on a narcissist whose only aim in life (for now) is to hurt me.

Anything else I can do?
