Help me navigate this difficult situation.

I've been in an emotionally abusive/destructive marriage for 13 years and was diagnosed with PTSD from the relationship. I filed for legal separation in Arizona in February and converted it to a divorce a couple of weeks ago. We have two young kids. I am disabled with a chronic disease, and my sole income is my private disability income. Despite this, I have been paying for all the bills, utilities, groceries, gas, Amazon, etc. My STBX (soon-to-be-ex) has a bachelor's degree and is a cosmetologist but refuses to work because she "homeschools" our son for a few hours two days a week. My attorney advised me to keep records so we can ask for a 50/50 split of bills during the settlement.

We have been living in the same house, which we both own, but I pay the mortgage. I can't afford to pay for a second residence and my $440/hr attorney, so I'm choosing to stay in the home. I also don't want my kids to remember that "Dad left us."

My STBX told me on Sunday that her friend, who is out of town, offered her house for her and the kids to stay in for the next few months. She now wants me to live there half the time to minimize disruption for the kids. However, staying there comes with caveats: I can't have friends over, and we have to cover the utilities, which could be an extra $400-$600 during the Arizona summer. Additionally, her friend's house has live streaming cameras inside, making it an uncomfortable and invasive living situation.

This morning, my STBX gave me until 4 PM to decide before she tells our 7-year-old son that "Dad is making them move out." She claims she no longer feels safe because I record our interactions. I do this because I frequently black out and forget the interactions and for accountability regarding how she treats me. She is verbally aggressive (likely has BPD) and often stirs up conflicts.

I want to do what's best for the kids, but I'm torn. Am I being unreasonable for not wanting to leave our home under these conditions? What would you do in my situation?

Any advice or support would be appreciated.
