In the family unit, women are always in charge. Resources are expected to flow from men to women. Women feel entitled to demand these resources (in exchange for the sex which she may or may not provide, and the children which she may or may not provide). They operate to a principle of minimal reciprocity, to keep men on the hamster wheel. https://mgtowsolution.wordpress.com/briffaults-law/

This worked, after a fashion, until feminism encouraged women out into the workplace. These incursions were hostile, inasmuch as women soon found fault with men for being in the workplace. The prevailing meritocracy and competition was too much for the poor dears, and seen as an 'injustice'.

So - they revert to the domestic model. They expect to be provided for. Quotas, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, even Environmental Social & Governance, it's all the same BS.

Oh, and they brought other aspects of the domestic model with them. They know that seduction & manipulation gets them what they want, in the home, and on the shop floor (no pun intended). https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/41184/seducing-the-boys-club-by-nina-disesa/
