How do you deal with girls/women that are younger than you?

When I say deal-

I mean, do you adjust your approach/mindset or not at all

And in general, does it even matter? I mean there is an ideaology in the pick up community that younger women are actually the exact same as an older woman except they just value everything a bit less than the older woman does, aka, they give less of a shit about your looks, financial situation, demeanor, and what you say and really only worry about how you make them feel
