Hello all, After a tough year and half I finally got the separation agreement signed and all done. I moved out a month ago and now have my own place. I can file for the divorce after one year of being legally separated. We have a child and have agreed to 50-50 custody. We also have a separation agreement in place and my ex did not ask for spousal support and all the documents are signed with our lawyers. Does anyone knows if the spouse can come back and ask for spousal support at the time of divorce? Just wanted to hear from folks if anyone had similar experience. Thanks.
