Find new friends.

You have a power dynamic with people you spend a lot of time with and these friends were created when you were still very BP (assuming) and that dynamic is very difficult to change.

You didn't give a lot of information but It may be because your friends have girlfriend.

Women are much more comfortable with men who doesn't represent a treat or doesn't intimidate them. These guy: the fat guy, the effeminate guy,the gay guy, the guy who is one of the girl, the guy in relationship, the slave and the pure beta... They all put women at ease, you'll often see them surrounded by women but they don't fuck anything.

You're allowed to reply. You're just not allowed to give her text validation unless you're she's a plate, and then you should be wary of giving her too much.

Orbiters get "more attention" than fuckbuddies, but you wouldn't call that a bad thing.

It's not how much attention you get, it's what you do with it. Being whiny and uber-beta is sure to get you attention, but that attention doesn't lead to sex.
