Going through divorce. PTSD diagnosed from trauma of police forcefully taking my kids. I have not been working for last 2 months.

I have $200k in 401k. The judge just ordered o pay $27k a month. I have $0 in my bank account right now. The judge won’t let me use my 401k(didn’t rule on it). Judge wont believe that I don’t have income despite not working for last 2 months.

What do I do?
