I recently got into the pickup artist journey, I pick up a few books like THE GAME and MYSTERY METHOD and watch some videos.

When searching on the internet I see a lot of articles attacking the pickup artist, saying stuff like you need to be yourself or like it turns you into a creep and so much worse.

Yet reading those books I found out that every interaction you ever have with a women that lead to sex always goes through the same process in books the Mystery method unconsciously for example ATTRACTION then COMFORT BUILDING then SEDUCTION. Now why does being aware of what stage you are at and how to escalate it suddenly turn you into a monster

Or for example, people cringe at the idea of memorizing routines and lines to say yet every man that is naturally good with women or is witty and makes girls laugh, they all say the same jokes they have said before or have heard from someone else.

I mean we practise what we say in an interview and is normal, we practice what we say to a client to close the deal and is normal, but suddenly if you practise what to say to a woman to make yourself attractive people will call you a creep!

At the end of the day, why are we all pretending like it’s so evil when women enjoy a nerd who practices lines that can make her laugh more than the other nerd who keeps complimenting her and sounds needy and boring?
