I would clean up some easy grammar points.

You say start at the starting point. I get it, but let's begin at the beginning or bust on those sayings. It's a cliche of a cliche.

In law, which is the best type of writing, they teach no contractions. I believe they still teach that for presentations of all kinds. You can use them when you speak, but don't write them on any presentation or paper you're submitting.

You also use the phrase that we always focus on women. You should try to be more inclusive and correct by saying we primarily focus on women for sex discrimination. Men get in on the action regularly on the basis of race and national origin and even sexuality as it was a lawsuit involving gay men in Obergfell. You're legends, Jim and John!

I think that gives you a little cleaner look and clears up the only issues I saw. If that's not the kind of feedback you're looking for please just let me know and I'm happy to delete this.
