This sounds more like an indication of experience and not necessarily an indication of how easy it would be to seduce them.

If you personally find it easier to have sex with women who have nail extensions then maybe your flirting skills are dialled in really well but you're not that good at building comfort.

Because naturally, more experienced women need much less comfort facilitated by others while less experienced ones would need more just because they would naturally be more hesitant to progress towards sex with anyone.

Pretty interesting. Could draw correlation (but not causation); women who get their nails done are used to self beautifying rituals and doing things that make them happy; sex is definitely something that makes a girl happy if they’re open to it. I could see a conservative girl who doesn’t participate in social self beautifying rituals like makeup or flattering clothing being more closed off or not as comfortable with their body
