Thinking of divorce. Have two teens that don't drive yet. We live in a neighborhood that rose in value, I'd struggle if I tried to buy here today. Bought it before prices shot up. Hoping to keep the house, so I can't or shouldn't move out, correct? If I don't get the house, or if I can't handle her explosions, am I thinking straight that it's best to rent (in the area, for the kids' commute) until the divorce is finalized? Any advice on term for rent/lease? Month to month, six months, a year? Oh I have several cars. Do I 'sell' or transfer title for my toys to friends prior to filing? Any other hot tips? Thanks fellas
