There are really no universal tricks, you need to provide more information for anyone to verify your issue. If you can't seal the deal when you already brought the girl home, I guess your escalation game may be lacking. Remember it's up to you to make constant progress, just make it gradual and observe girl's reactions. On girl's side is to stop you when you are going too fast or there aren't proper feelings between you, most of the show is on you. Take it step by step, keep coming closer, maintain eye contact longer, get into more personal topics, touch her longer, stronger, closer to erogenous zones. Figure out "innocent and natural" reasons where you can escalate your mental and physical intimacy.

Big thing with sealing the deal is women have a natural “stop before its too late” mechanism in their mind because they don’t want buyers remorse the next morning. You can try the seal the deal twice in a night but that second no means no. THIS DOES NOT MEAN TO PANDER CONSISTENTLY TO ANYONE ELSE THAT READS THIS. Women are people who deserve to say yes and no as many times as you do. Be outcome independent, always expect them to say no, and try again an hour later after more conversation.

Getting numbers isn't that big of a deal. You need to generate attraction and build a connection for girls to trust you enough. You are most likely not building enough of a connection.

Spend more time with the girls. Let time do the work for you. Be sure you aren't just in player mode, and make a real connection with the girl over 1-2 hours.

Would you happen to have any idea what you did wrong? What happened when you brought the woman back to your buddy's? Was your buddy there, or were you alone? How long did you spend with her?

That's exactly the issue. You go out to get drunk to meet up with girls who are there to party, girls who won't remember you the next day, you get their number, then they completely forget about you and ghost you.

You want real numbers that lead to real dates? Go meet women in the daytime in coffee shops, ideally the ones near universities, there will be plenty of young women there, and they won't be drunk, and the price of admission will be much lower (5$ for a coffee instead of your usual 30$ cover charge + 30-50$ in drinks), and the girls won't be drunk, which means if they like you, they will like you for real. Also, you can have real conversations that last a bit longer than your usual 3 minutes. And it's still expected as a social scene and women don't have their guard up as much.

You can also bring a book or computer and do other stuff as you do some people-watching and see if you notice any hot women around to approach, so you don't have to get bored waiting for hot women to show up.
