My boyfriend (26) came home on Tuesday and told me (25) he didn't think we were right for each other. We've been together 3 years. I'm his first long term relationship. Everytime things get hard... he resorts to a breakup.

On Sunday, we were both sleep deprived. I should've let him rest, but I started asking him how he was. He started yelling at me and calling me names. I yelled back. He insisted on leaving. He was severely sleep deprived, and I was scared he would get hurt if he drove, so I tried to control him. When he refused to drop it and stay, I got pissed and threw a bag full of food on the front lawn. Some neighbors saw, and he felt very embarrassed and disrespected.

Monday, he acted like everything was okay. I could tell he was a little short, but I thought we were both chalking it up to sleep deprivation and letting it go.

Tuesday night (more like Wednesday morning 4am) he came home told me he didn't see us together.

Wednesday, he slept next to me. I thought things might be okay with us, and he was just mad.

Thursday morning, I asked him if he still loved me when he was half asleep. He said yes.

Friday, my car broke down. He fixes cars. He drove 40 minutes to fix my car. I thought that was a good sign.

Saturday and Sunday, we really didn't talk much. I was trying to figure out my living situation since I live in his house.

Monday, he left town. I commented on a post of his (snapchat- so it was a private comment) and he told me to let the relationship go. I asked him to reconsider. I gave him a Laura Doyle apology. He accepted it but told me that we weren't together still.

Tuesday, he deleted me off Snapchat. He told me that he thinks I don't fit in his future. He doesn't like my hobbies, what I say, etc. He called me more names and told me to let him go. I called my mom sobbing and she came over. She doesn't understand the fight because I did not start it. He's been stressed at work leading to a lack of sleep and it just seemed like a preventable fight.

My mom reminded me that he has a habit of breaking up anytime he feels like it. He always reaches for the break up and she thinks he's manipulating me. I can't say she is wrong. It's always his way or the highway. I hoped to save our relationship because I really loved him, but I can't make him.

My mil thinks I'm dramatic and that her son is just taking his stress out on me. She thinks I shouldn't let his words hurt me. That this means nothing... she keeps telling me about similar situations with her husband but the difference is we aren't married. I have no security. He can break up with me with no consequences.

Today, I woke up sad but functioning. No more tears. I figured out where I can move to. I'm gonna stay a few more days without interacting with him. I will get a storage unit for my stuff so its safe and prepare to move back in with my family. If he doesn't change his mind by Tuesday... I think I might take Laura Doyle's skills and just keep practicing until I meet someone who appreciates me.

Wish we could've made it work but he's adamant that he doesn't want anything with me anymore. We are not right together... and I'm starting to agree. I don't want someone who constantly tells me he doesn't want me or respect me every time he is angry. I can't take living with no security.

I would appreciate love or support. I'm really hurting
