First, you gotta stop using the word females. Women hate that shit lmao.

Secondly, focus on yourself first and foremost. Women are attracted to interesting, fun guys. If your depressed and can't love yourself first, then its gonna be tough. And even if you get a girl, its probably out of desperation and not actual attraction.

So learn how to love and accept yourself . Some women don't want a guy whose 5' 5, thats just life but theres plenty of women who don't care. After that, develop some style, workout if not already, and go out and have fun. Build up your confidence by talking to strangers and eventually you'll find someone.

Haircut

Become interesting(hobbies, books etc...)

Practice talking to people in general

Then learn game

Quit porn and jerking off

Quit drugs and bad habits

Quit eveyrhting that you wouldn't respect yourself for doing.

Keep this up for 6 months and u WILL get SOME experience. If you don't, you did it wrong.

First off all you need to love yourself if you can’t how can you expect someone else to? If you get yourself sorted then work on finding someone you will have a much btr chance… I’m about 5.8 and got built in the gym the trick is just be confident but not to cocky! Show interest in them and what they do and just have fun with them, if you can make them laugh and smile your half way there. The more you try talking to them even if you’re just out and about say hi small talk and walk off the btr you will be when your date. Good luck mate!

confidence comes with experience, theres no way around that so all you need to do is work on whats holding you back from having that first experience to get the ball rolling - self love, hygiene, nice clothes, learning basic seduction / flirting. If you take it seriously it will happen.

Ok, so what have you tried? You realize it's on you to change your life. Maybe if you have a specific issue with women, we can help. But just being inexperienced in itself is not an actual issue. Like.. just go hit on women and get rejected - then you will get experience and you will find issues with your game - which we can then improve. This Is a learner's game, and to learn, you first got to play the game

There is a path to change all this. Focus on that and drop all the negative mindsets.

Take this back down to earth and realize getting better is a numbers game mixed with having fun with people. It’s not about being serious or over thinking. You need practice being unfiltered, taking some social risks, and realizing none of it is a big deal.
